Shipping policy
Every order is printed on demand by our production partner, then packed and shipped straight to you.
Processing time
Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be printed and packed before it ships. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages from different print facilities.
Delivery time (after it ships)
- United States: usually 3 to 8 business days
- Canada: usually 7 to 14 business days
- Everywhere else: usually 10 to 30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holiday season can add time. If you need something by a certain date, order early or email us first.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and where they are going.
Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
