Overview

This website, threestarsrun.co, is operated by Seen and Sought Studio LLC, doing business as Three Stars Run Co. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Washington, D.C. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

All products are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and print placement accurately, but screens vary and the finished garment may differ slightly from the photos and mockups. Small variations in print position and color are a normal part of the printing process and are not defects.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change at any time without notice. We may change or discontinue any product at any time. If we made a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, the payment cannot be verified, or the order appears to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire or be changed at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site belong to Three Stars Run Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.

Your conduct

You agree to give accurate information when ordering and not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, and orders are produced and shipped by third-party print and shipping partners. Their own terms may also apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
